Simply put, you don’t have to do anything at all except be there.
You can choose to watch a fractal light show or a movie or just listen to music of your own choice.
You can chat. You can do crosswords or read or draw. You can “space out” or simply nap outright. How you train is your choice, and every choice works.
You can’t chew gum or eat, as those big muscle activities will dislodge your earbuds and also cause interference as the system reads the brain output.
It’s an exercise in being, not doing. Most clients truly enjoy the opportunity to simply relax for 40 minutes.
